Atelier Maids started with a complaint we kept hearing from office managers: they never knew who was going to show up. The crew changed week to week, the quality drifted, and when something got missed, there was no one to actually call.
So we built the company we’d want to hire. Everyone who cleans for us works for us, with no subcontractors and no rotating agency staff. They’re insured, bonded, WSIB-covered, and background-checked before they set foot in your space, and once they’re assigned to you, they stay assigned to you.
The rest is just care. We work from a checklist built around your building, we clean the spots other companies skip, and we send a short report when we’re done so the standard is never a mystery. You get to think about your business instead of your cleaners.
