Terms of service

Last updated: July 2026

Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use the Atelier Maids website or book our cleaning services. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

Quotes and pricing

A quote is an estimate based on the details you give us, such as the size of the space, the frequency, and the scope of work. We confirm the final price in writing before the work begins. As long as the details are accurate, the flat rate we quote is the rate you pay, with no hourly surprises.

Extra work outside the agreed scope, such as add-on services, is quoted separately before we do it.

Scheduling, access, and your responsibilities

We agree a schedule and an access method with you, whether that is a key, a code, or someone letting us in. Please give us safe, reliable access at the agreed times, keep valuables and sensitive documents secured, and let us know about anything in the space we should be aware of.

If we cannot get access at a scheduled time, we may need to reschedule and a fee may apply, as set out in your service agreement.

Our satisfaction guarantee

If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no charge. This is our main promise to you, and it is the fastest way to sort out any issue.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote or service agreement. Invoices are due as stated there. We may pause service on overdue accounts after giving you notice.

Insurance and liability

Our crews are our own employees, and we are insured and bonded. If we damage something during a visit, tell us promptly and we will make it right. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under Ontario or Canadian law.

Changing or cancelling recurring service

You can pause or cancel a recurring program with reasonable notice, as described in your service agreement. We may also end a program with notice if we are unable to deliver the service safely or as agreed.
