We quote a flat rate per visit instead, based on your square footage, how often we come, and what's in scope. A weekly clean of a mid-sized office usually starts around $189 a visit. Daily programs for busy spaces are built as custom quotes. Add-ons like carpet extraction or interior windows are priced on their own, usually seasonally.
Be wary of quotes that seem far below the market. They usually rely on subcontracted labour, rushed visits, or a scope that quietly shrinks after the first month. A fair, transparent quote reflects trained, insured crews who have the time to actually do the job well.
